Product Introduction:

The exhaust rubber screw is divided into a feeding section, a plasticizing section, an exhaust section and an extrusion section. The exhaust section has a deeper screw groove and a larger lead, so its screw groove volume is significantly increased.

After the plastic has entered the section, the air bubbles are broken by the cutting of the screw prongs, and the gas is extracted from the exhaust port by a vacuum pump.

After degassing, the rubber material continues to be vulcanized for the production of rubber products, such as the rubber covering of wires and cables, the shaped extrusion of hoses, inner tubes, and shaped sealing strips.
