Tempering

Tempering is the process of heating, quenching, tempering and holding the material to give it a high degree of toughness and hardness. It increases the life of the barrel and screw and reduces deformation.

Tempered hardness: HB≥260

Styling

The setting is the heating of the rough machined screw so that the temperature of the screw is kept at the nitriding temperature so that the screw does not deform or bend during the nitriding process.

Nitriding treatment

The hardness of our barrel screws after nitriding can reach HV900 or more, and our nitrided products have excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature resistance.

Nitrided hardness: HV≥900

Depth of nitriding: 0.5-0.6mm
